How can I edit my data?
You can edit your data at any time after it has been created. Make changes to your order directly in your customer account under “Login” by clicking on the “Change your information” button.
How can I add a new desired treatment?
You can add new treatment requests at any time using the “Book A New Appointment” button.
Which treatments have I set in my account?
Login will take you directly to your account. Here you have an overview of your treatments.
How can I end my request?
If you no longer require the desired treatment, end your order in the ‘My orders’ area. To do this, navigate to ‘Options’ for the relevant order. Then select ‘End order’. If the ‘Options’ area is not displayed, please click on the order title as an alternative. A function to end your order will then be displayed.
Your order is then no longer online and is marked as completed. Once you have found a suitable doctor, hospital or agency, it is important to end your order. You can then rate our service later.
I have created my desired treatment. What are the next steps?
” As soon as your desired treatment has been created, an automatic notification is immediately sent to all relevant doctors, hospitals and agencies operating in the country and city you have selected. This notification is personalized and targeted, informing only those providers who meet your specific selection criteria.
Depending on your preference, you will then receive a notification, e.g. by e-mail, as soon as a doctor, hospital or agency has prepared a customized offer for you. However, you will receive a maximum of 6 offers from doctors, hospitals or agencies for your desired treatment. This enables you to communicate quickly and efficiently with the appropriate providers.
We attach great importance to data protection: your contact details will only be passed on to those doctors, hospitals or agencies that you have confirmed as contacts or who have accepted your invitation. This gives you control over which providers have access to your personal information. This careful handling ensures that your requests are forwarded discreetly and only to those who meet your individual needs.
